  1. Portfolio tracker wording updated

    The documents below were reworded so that they describe PMS consistently as a self-service record-keeping and estimation tool — not investment advice and not a portfolio management service — and state plainly that neither ShareRocketPro nor Share Rocket Pro Pvt. Ltd. is registered with, licensed by or endorsed by SEBON or NEPSE. The Terms of Use add a short clause on asking our team for help with your PMS records through the web trading portal: that help is informal support, not a portfolio management service or advice, and investment decisions stay yours. Staff access to PMS records, what PMS stores, and deletion with your account are unchanged. The Nepali translations of the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer and Regulatory & Compliance notice were updated to match.

  2. Staff access to PMS records

    The documents below now explain that authorised Share Rocket Pro staff can view PMS records, and add or correct them to help you; every view and change is logged and changes are notified to you. Holdings are still never shown to other users, never sold and never used for advertising, and the ShareRocketPro platform still executes no real orders and holds no securities or money. The Nepali translations of the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer and Regulatory & Compliance notice were updated to match. These versions were superseded the same day by "Portfolio tracker wording updated".

  3. Portfolio tracker (PMS) added

    ShareRocketPro now includes PMS (Portfolio Management System), a portfolio tracker in which you record the real NEPSE shares you own and see them valued at real NEPSE prices. The Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Risk Disclaimer — and their Nepali translations — were updated to v1.3 to explain what PMS stores and why, that holdings are private to your account and deleted with it, that ShareRocketPro never holds shares, places real orders or connects to broker or MeroShare accounts, and that PMS fee and tax figures are estimates, not advice. Every other term, and every protection around the practice market and practice money, is unchanged.

    • Privacy Policyv1.3: Adds "Portfolio Tracker (PMS) Holdings Data": what PMS stores (the transactions you enter or import, and your price alerts), why (only to run PMS for you), that holdings are private to your account and never sold or shown on leaderboards, that MeroShare import reads a CSV you download yourself and we never ask for MeroShare, CDSC, bank or broker logins, and retention — kept until you delete entries or your account, then deleted with it.
    • Terms of Usev1.3: Adds a "Portfolio Tracker (PMS)" section and definition: PMS values holdings you enter at market data prices, is separate from the practice market, is not a SEBON-licensed portfolio management service, and never holds shares, places real orders or connects to brokers, MeroShare or CDSC; WACC, fee and capital gains tax figures are estimates to verify with your broker; price alerts are best-efforts.
    • Risk Disclaimerv1.3: Adds "Portfolio Tracker (PMS) Estimates": PMS values, WACC, P&L, broker commission, SEBON fee, DP charge and capital gains tax (7.5% up to 365 days, 5% after) are estimates at rates as configured — not advice; verify with your broker's bill.

  4. Top-up rate corrected

    Top-up rate corrected: Rs. 5 = Rs. 100 practice money (Rs. 1 = Rs. 20); minimum Rs. 50 = Rs. 1,000. There is still no upper limit, top-ups are still verified manually, practice money still has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or converted back into real money, and every refund condition is unchanged.

    • Refund Policyv1.4: Top-up rate corrected: Rs. 5 = Rs. 100 practice money (Rs. 1 = Rs. 20); minimum Rs. 50 = Rs. 1,000.

  6. Practice market, Rs. practice money and phone sign-up

    Paper trades now run in a 24/7 practice market whose prices start from and loosely track real NEPSE prices but are not official quotes; market data displays remain real NEPSE data that may be delayed. Virtual balances are Rs. practice money with no cash value (replacing "coins"), and accounts are created with a phone number verified by SMS. Affected documents, and the Nepali translations of the core documents, were updated to v1.2; every protection around delays, errors, reliance and liability is unchanged.

    • Terms of Usev1.2: Defines practice money, the practice market and practice prices; replaces "coins" with Rs. practice money (Rs. 10,000 registration bonus, no cash value); adds phone-number sign-up, SMS verification and kitta order rules; separates market data displays from practice prices.
    • Risk Disclaimerv1.2: Paper trades execute at practice-market prices generated by ShareRocketPro — starting from and loosely tracking real NEPSE prices, but not official quotes; market data displays remain real NEPSE data that may be delayed.
    • Trading & Market Risk Disclosurev1.2: Explains that paper trades fill at practice prices (not NEPSE prices) within limits modelled on NEPSE's circuit; short-selling, intraday and leverage wording now describes simulated educational material only.

    ShareRocketPro now shows real NEPSE market data from Share Rocket Pro's data platform instead of simulated prices. Documents that described prices as simulated were updated to v1.1; every protection around delays, errors and reliance is unchanged.
